Case Study: A Domestic Loft Conversion

An intelligent lighting system was designed and planned to meet the high specification set by the customer. The low voltage fire rated downlighters are divided into zones which are switched and dimmed either by a remote wall mounted or a hand held module.

To compliment the overall look NMP Electrics installed decorative coloured LED lighting to the skirting boards to achieve a unique look.

To install coloured feature lighting to the foot of the stairs which are switched automatically by a presence sensor mounted on the ceiling.

Power and communication points were also installed finished in brushed chrome to complete the look.
